Payment must be done upfront and through PayPal only.When commissioning for $100 or higher, you can choose between paying me everything upfront OR 50% before I start and 50% right before I deliver the commission. Do not make any profit out of the commission, it is for personal use only. Do not resell it, sell prints or have monetary gain out of it in absolutely any way. The same way, I will not make any extra profit out of the art, I do not reuse sketches or resell my designs.COMMERCIAL USE: If you intend on using the commission for commercial purposes (using it in/to promote books, comics, closed species, Twitch, YouTube, any monetized platform, etc) please state so beforehand, so we can discuss the project and reach an agreement. I charge differently for commercial use commissions so please disclose your usage of the artwork.• ─── • ─── •Do not trace or alter my work in any way, if you bought a flat color or sketch commission, please do not color it or shade it.Do not under any circumstances use my art for NFTs or feed it to any AI.I have the right to use it as an example of my work and share it on my art accounts.• ────── •°• ────── •

You must credit me if posting it publicly. You cannot not credit or discredit me, state that you or someone else made the art or erase my signature.If using my art as a profile picture, please tag me in your bio as the creator of the artwork (i.e pfp by: @).
If you add the artwork to a social media I do not have an account on, please credit it to my Instagram.• ────── •°• ────── •

Q. Do you accept Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle/Gift cards/etc?A. Unfortunately, due to my location, I can only accept payment through PayPal.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can I pay after the sketch?A. No, I only start the project after I've received the payment.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can I split the payment?A. Yes, you can. I offer an option to split the payment between 50% (+$15 fee) before I start the project and 50% when I'm done. I will not email the finished product until I've received the full payment, in the meanwhile, I'll only send watermarked JPEG previews for approval.• ─── • ─── •Q. How long will the commission take?A. My turnaround time is usually within 10 business days when my work list is small, though depending on the complexity of the artwork, timezone, client communication, current amount of work, illness, etc, it can take up to a month. If you want a better estimate for your commission TaT, feel free to ask me.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can I ask for updates?A. Yes, you can, though since I already send work-in-progress shots of every stage of the commission for approval, I ask that you only ask for updates if it's been over 5 business days since the last update I've sent, and please do not message me about wips during weekends or holidays, even if I’m online or responding messages, these are my days off.• ─── • ─── •Q. Where do I receive the final product?A. I always send the high resolution image file through email, though if you have a toyhou.se account I can also upload it directly to the character's profile.• ─── • ─── •Q. How much is the commercial usage fee?A. It can vary from +25% to +200%, it all depends on what the artwork will be used for and your size as a creator/brand/company, thus it'll always have to be discussed directly with the client.• ─── • ─── •Q. I found this artwork on Instagram/Pinterest/etc, can you replicate it?A. No, while I can use other artworks as inspiration and reference, I do not work with plagiarism, the only pieces I'm willing to recreate are worldwide known classic paintings in the public domain.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can you draw me/my partner/friend/etc?A.
