Payment

Payments are done upfront and can be done through PayPal or VGen.
In case of commissions priced $150 or higher, you may ask for a split payment (50% upfront, 50% before delivery) with a 10% fee.
No refunds.

Updates and Communication

Communication will be done only through text messages and during business days.
I will send one update for each stage of the process (rough sketch, clean sketch, flat colors, shading and render) and I will only continue to work on the piece after the client’s approval.
It may take up to a week between approval and the next update.

Revisions

Major revisions are only accepted during the rough sketch stage (relating to composition, posing, and general idea), flat colors (relating to color palette) and rough shading (relating to light and shadow positioning, intensity and colors). What has been previously approved will not be revised. Minor details may be changed, if I find them reasonable.

Deadlines and Delivery

Delivery time varies from one to six weeks, depending on complexity of the piece, client’s response time and need for revisions.
If external circumstances affect the delivery time, I may extend it under notice.

Use and Intelectual Property Rights

You may not resell, sell prints or make products with my artwork. Thumbnails, promotional content or any other means of monetization must be disclosed beforehand.
Do not trace or alter my work in any way.
Do not use my art for NFTs or feed it to any AI.
I have the right to use it as an example of my work and share it on my art accounts, unless a privacy agreement has taken place.You must credit me if posting the artwork publicly.
You cannot not credit or discredit me, state that you or someone else made the art or erase my signature.
If using my art as a profile picture, please tag me in your bio as the creator of the artwork (i.e pfp by: @).
If posting the artwork in any social media where I do own an account, you should tag said account. In case I do not, please link my Instagram (@mr.mei)

Q. Do you accept Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle/Gift cards/etc?A. The only platforms payment can be done is through PayPal or VGen.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can I pay after the sketch?A. No, I won’t start the project until the payment has been confirmed and processed.• ─── • ─── •Q. Can I split the payment?A. Yes, you can. For commissions above $150 I offer an option to split the payment between 50% (+15% fee) before I start the project and 50% when I'm done. I will not email the finished product until I've received the full payment, in the meanwhile, I'll only send watermarked JPEG previews for approval.• ─── • ─── •Q. How long will the commission take?A. My turnaround time is usually within 10 business days, though depending on the complexity of the artwork, timezone, client communication, current amount of work, illness, etc, it can take up to a month.
